Bio

John Hedlund has been working in the entertainment industry since the age of 12. He has worked in many different entertainment mediums, including: film and video, film and video editing, live tv production, acting on film and stage, directing for film and stage, cinematography, live event production and spokesmodeling, musical theatre, and set design and contruction.

John got his start in entertainment working with Kathy Renna, Executive Director of Applause Performing Art Center. He studied acting, film and video production, video and theatre directing, dance, singing, and teaching. John studied with Ms. Renna for over 6 years.

In 2003 John was graduated from Northern Highlands Regional Highschool in Allendale, NJ. He took away the drama award for his work in "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Rhinoceros".

John was graduated in May 2008 with the honor of Dean's List from The William Paterson University of New Jersey. He studied Communications with a concentration in Film and Television Production. While at WPUNJ John studied under accomplished filmmakers such as Chriss Williams, Gina Guerrieri, and Jamsheed Akrami.

John has worked on National and Local Compaigns for companies including: Duracell, Nintendo, Marvel, L'Oreal, Sam Adams, Flirt Cosmetics and Kohl's Department Stores, and New York Fashion Week.
